  What an absolutely disgusting place!!!! Filthy cages that haven't been cleaned in weeks. I travelled for five hours after being told there was a Barn owl on sale looking distressed and dirty, we have owls of our own. When I arrived I couldn't believe the state of the animal enclosures, two fruit bats in a canary cage piled high with faeces, the Barn owls plastic box was caked with dirt and it's claws were so long we have had to cut them immediately to help it to stand properly. It's never been handled and these birds are by no means pets. This shop should be closed down for the sake of the animals.

  Absolutely disgusting. Exotic pets and normal domestic pets kept in horrific conditions. They do not have appropriate husbandry, the enclosures are filthy and there is faeces and food splattered on the walls. About 10 guinea pigs housed with a rabbit in an indoor cage suitable for maybe 1. The whole shop smells terrible and is in a terrible state. I cannot imagine how this is allowed to happen in the E.U. I only came in to get a collar for my dog and left without even looking properly. I work with animals and in pet shops at home and have visited many all over the world, so I understand that they are not always immaculate but the animals should have a basic level of clenliness.

  Sitio terrible y nefasto. Salí de allí con el alma a cachos al ver como estaban los animales y decepcionada al saber que aún en las tiendas... Venden perros..
