  Ridiculous at the checkout. Always huge queues, 1 or 2 checkouts at the most and can wait up to half hour even with a couple of items. I really do avoid going in any Lidl supermarket if I can.!!!!!

  Absolutely love Lidl and the value for money quality products.The only down side is some of the staff fail miserably on customer service, in particular at this Coin store, sometimes doing a whole transaction with no eye contact, and throwing products along the checkout, at times being charged twice for a single item purchased, and today charged for carriers i didn't buy! Advice for 5 stars, cashiers interact with the customer, concentrate on what is going through the till, and smile for goodness sake. Here in Spain for a while so i will see if staff act on my good advice!
